The Wellness Sommelier publishes evaluations of wellness products, practices, and brands, measured against a published standard. The site is operated as a private publishing effort. Questions about these terms can be sent to editor@thewellnesssommelier.com.

It may not be republished wholesale, resold, scraped for redistribution, or presented as anyone else’s work. The site’s name, standard, evidence labels, and written content remain the property of The Wellness Sommelier.

Purchases and Refunds
Some products sold directly through this site, such as the Decision Toolkit, are paid digital goods delivered as an immediate download. The following applies to those direct purchases:
Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. Card details are entered with that processor and are never stored on this site’s own servers, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Because a digital product is delivered in full at the moment of purchase, a refund is offered within 14 days of purchase to anyone who is not satisfied, requested by email to editor@thewellnesssommelier.com.
The price shown at checkout is the price that applies. A price may change over time, but a change never applies retroactively to a purchase already made.
Availability
The site is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access. Content may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and access may be limited or suspended for maintenance or other reasons without notice. A published evaluation reflects the best judgment at the time it was written and may be revised as evidence, products, or circumstances change.
